NO NUMBER 10 ISSUE

I Skipped A Number

 I seem to be finding
that I'm lacking an
issue numbered 10.

 I apparently erred
and skipped a num-
ber.

POLICE SUPPLY DRUG DEALERS

Readers Comment

 My articles on Po-
lice misdeeds have
brought forth rea-
ders with informa-
tion on illegal
drug activities of
the Lincoln Police
under Chief Allan
Curtis.

 Curtis has an of-
ficial drug dealer
who takes confis-

cated drugs and re-
sells them to favor-
ed dealers.

 Drug dealers who buy
from the Lincoln Po-
lice at ruinous pri-
ces are assured of
Police protection.

  Readers report that
there are drug dealers
 in the community who
 the Lincoln Police
 refuse to touch.

CURTIS TO HEAD CRIME COMMISSION

His Legacy: An Unsafe City

 Governor Ben Nel-
son has appointed
Lincoln Police Chi-
ef, Allan Curtis
to be the head of
the State Crime
Commission.

 During his tenure
as Police Chief the
Lincoln Police have
been unable to pro-
tect themselves &
have led the way
in installing bul-
let proof glass in
the Police recep-
tion area, as well

as having security
locks put on the re-
ception room door.

 The Lincoln Journal-
Star followed that
example by installing
a security system &
then the City-County
Building followed.

 The Police are re-
ported to be involv-
ed in drug dealing &
in publishing obscene
materials in other
people's names, inclu-
ding publishing an ob-
scene 1040 tax form.
