In an article in a previous issue I wrote that the harasser was the likely killer of Jon Benet Ramsey and the children of other rich people.  Other rich people throughout the U.S. and probably the world have lost children to a mysterious killer whom the police never catch.

One detective in the Ramsey case thought the killer might be a roaming pedophile who raped children and killed them.

The harasser really fits the description of such a killer to a "t".

The harasser is a Satan Worshiper and a pedophile and is very skilled at vandalizing and injuring people and in making the victim seem to be at fault.

"I recently got postcards from Loup City, NE, and Lexington, NE, and San Francisco, CA."

"It stank for a long time and I couldn't do anything about it."

I know that fact from personal experience with the harasser.

Recently he placed a horribly stinky cube of decaying animal matter in my apartment.  I had recently had a massive invasion of mice, such as I have never had since I have been in Lincoln.  I have no doubt that the harasser brought them in.

Back in the early 1990s he put a large animal in the walls of my apartment.  It crawled up under the window in the bedroom and died.

It stank for a long time and I couldn't do anything about it.  I checked the walls outside of the building to see if there was any opening by which such an animal could have entered.  There were no holes, not even any big enough to allow mice to enter.

He has accessed my apartment and I have had people report his presence when I was absent.  He has also been in my apartment while I was trying to sleep and I have been keeping my bedroom door locked from the inside for many years now.

His cop buddies won't do anything to stop him.

The harasser set my furnace to explode in about 1996.  He made it appear that I might have been messing with the furnace, because he left no sign of his entry.  He makes his victims appear to be at fault.

His postcards and the stink in my apartment and the daily barrage of telephone calls lets me know that everything I write about him is 100% true and correct.

The object which has caused the stink in my apartment didn't have legs with which to walk into my apartment.  It had to be carried in.  Since he has and does enter my apartment at will I know that he brought the stinky stuff in.  If he didn't, then one of his buddy cops did.

He likes to pose as being a handyman so that he can gain access to people's homes.  The Ramsey's blamed a handyman for the death of their daughter.

As the killer of Jon Benet Ramsey, he could easily have learned about her because she was a celebrity.  He is attracted to any who are even a little bit of a celebrity, even to me.  It wouldn't have been at all difficult for him to learn about the Ramsey's mannerisms and habits and speech patterns and thought patterns and their favorite ways of expressing themselves.  He could easily imitate their handwriting.

He is very skilled at entering people's homes.  He is also able to in some way drug them and put them in a stupor so that they can't remember his presence.  I know that from experience.

He could have easily done the same to all of the other rich people who have lost children to a mysterious killer.

He has numerous cars.  Two of the cars which he has driven have been a 1968 Corvette, Stingray which was "Salmon-Pink" in color.  He also has driven an early type, perhaps, 1980ish Chevette which was also "Salmon-Pink" in color.

He is a cop and I have seen him in a cop car many times from 1989 on through the 1990s.

During the 1990s I gave the cops much information and evidence about the harasser's actions.  The cops always said they took the information directly to the chief and the information was never heard from again. The evidence disappeared.  One would think this country were

"The information was never heard from again." 

"Another cop was pursuing an investigation of the harasser and suddenly got very sick."

I have had witnesses who could have testified about the identity of the harasser and they have disappeared.

I have even had cops who were interested in trying to identify the harasser and catch him.   One of them suddenly was accused of being a rapist and disappeared.  Another got mysteriously ill and died rather suddenly.  His wife thought the illness and the whole situation was very strange.  Another cop was pursuing an investigation of the harasser and suddenly got very sick.  He was off work for almost a month, and when he returned to work he didn't want to have anything to do with the harassment situation.

I have also been serving as daddy for a Black child whose daddy died in 1973.  When his mother and I went to the laundromat, he would run around and the people at the laundromat would look at him and then at me and shake their heads in total disbelief.  They did so repeatedly.  I thought their actions were hilarious.

I have had many strange things happen to me over the years since I've have [sic] been in Lincoln.  One of them is that the cops always seemed to be ready to blame me for any accident I had.  They wouldn't even try to blame anyone else.  There were plenty of times when I thought that I had been the victim in an accident.  Likewise I had vandalism done to my property back then and the cops wouldn't really listen to my complaint.  They blamed me.

In 1989 or so, I had someone scatter material from an old corn crib in my apartment.  The material produced a stink much like the current stink.  I was able to sweep that stinky stuff out.

I used to read about the complaints of Blacks about discrimination and harassment and then listen to Caucasians say that Blacks didn't have anything to complain about

"I was able to sweep that stinky stuff out."

"Even Caucasian people from Syria are subjected to discrimination and harassment."

Initially I suspected I was being harassed, but the harassment was so subtle it was difficult to substantiate.  However, after more than a decade of harassment by the harasser, I have realized that I had endured a very intensive harassment campaign against me for having sought to ease the suffering of Black people at the hands of the White Supremacists.  I personally can verify that Black people and any other non-Caucasians are subjected to very intensive harassment.

Even Caucasian people from Syria are subjected to discrimination and harassment.

The U.S. is totally the opposite of what it tries to portray itself as being.  It violates human rights even as it accuses others of violating human rights and there really is no freedom of the press nor of speech in the U.S.

The U.S. hates the Kennedys who are Catholic, and Irish and rich and has tried repeatedly to have them convicted of major crimes with which they had nothing to do.

It is virtually run by a secret organization of which the KKK is a part, but of which the KKK is not the whole.  That organization essentially runs the world and all of the various extremist groups are spin-offs of the teachings of that organization.  The harasser is a member of that organization.
