In answering this question I draw upon my personal experience with women and campaigning.

I am also drawing upon my experience with women without the influence of campaigning although it may be very difficult to do so, since I have been politically active since I came to Lincoln. I have mainly become known for having defended Senator Chambers from the media's lies and have even been said to have campaigned for him, effectively. That is flattering, but I simply defended him from the media's lies.

Even in my lowly status of candidate I had women call and leave their telephone numbers and a seemingly nice message. I have also received such calls as a result of publishing this paper. Some women even proclaimed to love me in their telephone messages.

About 25 years ago I got a job in a restaurant making twice the pay I had ever received in my life up to that time, which was before Minimum wages. I was emotionally high. I happened to sit with a waitress who seemed to be in great distress. She said her rent was due and she didn't have the money for it and was sure she would be out in the street.

In that day I was still awash in the Christian teaching of helping those who were in need and I offered to help her pay her rent, and might have even offered to have her stay with me. She declined and I was glad, because when I got paid I found that my income was not sufficient to have followed through on my generous offer.

Unfortunately for me, the waitress used my offer of assistance to spin out a wild tale of a relationship and of my intentions and/or actions. Her tale got me called into the manager's office where the manager told me that I had a deficient personality and it could cost me. The manager's comment confused me. I didn't know what he was talking about. Another employee informed me of the wild tale that the waitress was spreading.

That was my reward for being a "male chauvinist pig" who sought to rescue a "fair damsel who was in distress."

I didn't learn from that and on another job sought to help a young lady who was having problems. For that effort I again was the subject of some wild tale of which I never learned the details.

Over the years I have slowly learned what "fair damsels" do to the "male chauvinist pigs" who try to be Christian and offer them help. As a result I have become more reluctant to have sympathy for any "fair damsel in distress." However, I have been assisting a Vietnamese lady with her English/US language and her college course work. She seems decent, so far. I guess I never will learn how badly one can be burned by women. I always hope things will be better.

I have also had women proposition me. Imagine that!

Others have had worse experiences. One man in a small Nebraska town, was accused of rape by a woman for whom he went to fix an appliance. The appliance wasn't broken, and the woman called the local police and alleged that he had raped her. He was arrested and convicted on no evidence. His family was destroyed. His children were destroyed in every way possible and yet lived and had to live. Later the woman admitted to having lied to get her husband to be jealous and to have sex with her. She had a sexless marriage. She destroyed another man and his family because of her sexless marriage. The police never investigated anything. They took her word for what had allegedly happened. The Court merely ordered the woman to apologize after she confessed.

Now we have President Clinton under attack by Conservative, Fundamentalist Christian, Pro-Life Republicans who murder doctors and are proud of doing so.

President Clinton has brought the nation to the verge of having its first surplus since at least World War II and the Republicans, who could never balance the budget are jealous and want to destroy him and the economy just so they can claim that they produced the surplus.

What Republicans have done to me is publish an obscene version of this paper in my name and destroyed my life. I will never forgive them for that "prank," as they like to call their dirty work. They have already hit me with their cars while I am riding my bicycle to work. They have taken their action to the street many times.

The Republicans now seek to destroy Clinton and this nation for the sake of "ruling the world."

Republicans need war for their Republic to exist, but their Republic can't survive the war it needs for its existence. As a result they have to promote near-war hysterical crises in order to have a reason to "rule." They have a serious character flaw in having the need to "rule the world."
